EXCELLENT CHATLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Complicated scenario cropped up with voucher activation. Voucher recipient (a friend in Poland currently housing Ukrainian refugees) had been unable to use her voucher - her daughter who had activated the voucher on her behalf - had made an error entering her email address. Trying to sort it out on my friend's behalf, I received excellent chatline support from Samantha. Whilst being very alive to the necessary security issues and concerns, she was able to promptly and efficiently resolve the problem and allow the voucher to be used. I always prefer to talk rather than use chatlines, but if they were all manned by Samantha, I would have no qualms! A very big thank you!!

off-road experience.
I have a voucher for an off-road experience but cannot find out where I can go to do this the closest one would appear to be over a three hour drive away but no one can tell me where in my area I can go they just ignore your emails they are a complete waste of time avoid them at all costs.
The customer service is excellent,so…
The customer service is excellent,so helpful and friendly, really made my day.
Poor
Poor - was given a Supercar Rush present. Chose Dunsfold as the track as nearest to me. No information in literature that there was a premium to pay for this track. Buyer paid for a 1/2 price deal £69 gift voucher for £39 yet when registered on Everyman Racing it values the gift value as only £39?! Totally unacceptable and so they charged me £20 extra for the event. Tried to query this several times with Activity Superstore during working hours but no one answers the phone! Will not recommend using either organisations again.
Had a voucher that was about to expire…
Had a voucher that was about to expire and the tour I wanted to go on was not giving me the dates I wanted, the agent Samantha sorted this out as I also purchased another voucher and she got both booked on the same date and time slot, really appreciate it.

Fraud
Fraud. Covid strikes so steal noney of people and don't give extension on vouchers when it's none our faults so they can drive there nice cars scum. Hope the company go bust
Avoid these rip off merchants.
I was given a voucher for lunch and day at the races at Lingfield in December 2019. Due to covid I was unable to use this so got an extension on the expiry date. When I went to book the experience I was told they no longer did the experience. Contacted Activity store again and was offer to change to another offer. Paid an extra £20 to have a night in a hotel which I went on their website and tried to book the hotel. This came back with another number and to contact the hotel directly
, I did this and was told that they didn't deal with Activity store anymore!!
Contacted Activity store again and was told that the expiry date had now passed and I was not entitled to a refund.
I wonder if they read this review and reply saying sorry nothing we can do?
Update......
I sent my details as requested below and never got a reply. That is only put there to make out they are bothered which they aren't!!!!
Christmas present gone wrong
I was given a voucher at Christmas but thought I would wait to use it in the summer for a meal out. I live in Hampshire and the only venues are a Japanese restaurant and a posh bistro that is closed for refurbishment. I then tried a spa day but nothing remotely local. Complete waste of money

Fraudulent Company
This company are frauds! Stay away!
They have firstly lied on the details of one of their excursions. Then after being caught out, they have refused to offer a refund.
The company have zero contact details, the phone number simply directs you to their website.
I’m expecting a response to this review, detailing that they are dealing with this. Which again will be a LIE!

Bad experience from the good experience company
I bought a voucher through MoonPig to take my mother for afternoon tea on the East Lancs steam train line. The voucher (valid for 18 months) was supplied by Activity Superstore.
I contacted them today to make a booking only to be told that my voucher was a train ride only and didn't include tea for two as stated on my MoonPig order. Furthermore the voucher was no longer valid for use on the East Lancs railway. The offered to change the booking to a line in Wales. My mother is 88 years old and I selected the Lancs railway because it is a 20 minute drive from my mother's house. They totally refused to consider a refund on the voucher.
If you offer a voucher for a service and state that the voucher is valid for 18 months after purchase and then find you can't supply the service, are you not legally bound to offer a refund? According to Activity Superstore apparently not.
Just contacted MoonPig from whom I bought the original voucher as part of an online birthday greeting package. They arranged a immediate refund. What a difference!

Easy Process
Brought indoor skydiving experience as a gift for my partner. Easy process, I think activity superstore is cheaper than most others for deals. Will use again.
Bought with ease
I have used Activity Superstore in the past, it does what it says on the tin. absolutely no issue with purchasing and better value than others i have looked at.

If I could put no stars
If I could put no stars, I would. Booked an experience for a weekend, booked a campsite for the weekend as well and had to pay up front as it's in the summer holidays, Activity store have discontinued the experience and have let me know at the last minute. Not updated their website or let me know that the experience was no longer valid. I now have an expiry date on my voucher that I wouldn't have had before booking. Completely inept!
